Fernanda Alvarez Piñeiro

Fernanda is a Mexican-born Expert Market writer, specialising in providing in-depth knowledge about all the building blocks that businesses of all shapes and sizes need to thrive. Having obtained a first-class honours degree in Politics and International Relations from the LSE, Fernanda has ample journalistic experience, having written for a multitude of online magazines about topics ranging from Latin American politics to cryptocurrency. She is currently strengthening her journalistic muscle by studying for a part-time multimedia journalism degree from the National Council of Training for Journalists (NCTJ).

Growing up in Mexico City and then in Abu Dhabi, Fernanda is fascinated by how businesses can adapt to new challenges in different economic environments to grow and find creative ways of engaging with new and existing customers. From VoIP systems to project management software, she’s passionate about helping businesses find the tools and methods that will help give them an edge over their competitors.

When she’s not stringing sentences together about business solutions, she’s probably out there somewhere preaching about the superiority of Mexican food or perfecting her meticulously curated Spotify playlists.
